Korespondencję w sprawie pobytu przechowujemy przez czas jej obsługi. Gdy rezerwacja nie dojdzie do skutku, usuwamy ją najpóźniej po 12 miesiącach od ostatniej wiadomości.

Komu przekazujemy dane

Odbiorcą wiadomości jest poczta gospodarzy (Gmail). Formularz przechodzi przez hosting Vercel i usługę Resend tylko po to, żeby doręczyć ten e-mail. Na stronie nie jest zapisywany.

Techniczny zapis odwiedzin strony może przetwarzać Vercel. Mapa przy kontakcie i czcionki strony pochodzą od Google.

Ci dostawcy mogą przetwarzać dane także poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym, na podstawie swoich zabezpieczeń, w tym standardowych klauzul umownych.

Twoje prawa

Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia oraz sprzeciwu.

If you ask for a bill, the details on it are kept for as long as the law requires. The legal basis is then GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).

Whether you must provide the data

Your name and email are needed for a reply. Phone, dates, guest count and the message are voluntary.

How long we keep the data

Correspondence about a stay is kept while it is being handled. If no booking follows, it is deleted at the latest 12 months after the last message.

Who receives the data

The message is received in the hosts’ Gmail inbox. The form passes through Vercel, the site host, and Resend only to deliver that email. It is not stored on this website.

Vercel may process a technical record of the visit. The map beside the contact details and the site fonts come from Google.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to the processing.

You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, Prezes UODO, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

Wie lange wir Daten speichern

Schriftwechsel zum Aufenthalt bleibt gespeichert, solange er bearbeitet wird. Kommt keine Buchung zustande, wird er spätestens 12 Monate nach der letzten Nachricht gelöscht.

Wer die Daten erhält

Empfänger der Nachricht ist das Postfach der Gastgeber (Gmail). Das Formular läuft zur Zustellung dieser E-Mail nur über den Hoster Vercel und den Dienst Resend. Auf der Website wird es nicht gespeichert.

Vercel kann eine technische Aufzeichnung des Besuchs verarbeiten. Karte und Schriften der Seite kommen von Google.

Diese Anbieter können Daten auch außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeiten, auf Grundlage ihrer Schutzmaßnahmen, einschließlich der Standardvertragsklauseln.

Eure Rechte

Ihr habt das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch.
